Shoppers can get a 75% discount on the gizmo that comes with a heat pack you can warm up in the microwave.

Even without the heat pack, the pillow will keep draughts off your neck leaving you warmer on colder days.

Shoppers can pick up one of the pillows via click and collect, which is free, but there’s no home delivery option available.

You can also return the product within 28 days of purchase if you’re not happy with it.

The pillow comes with a number of five star reviews on the Dunelm website too, with one branding it “perfect”.

Of course, whenever buying something like this, make sure you shop around so you know you’re getting the best price.

You can use the Google Shopping/Product tab or check price comparison websites like Trolley or Price Spy.

We had a quick look online and couldn’t find any other retailers selling a heatable neck pillow or similar cheaper than Dunelm’s though.

Amazon is selling one for £7 while Boots is selling a heatable neck wrap for the same price.

If the heatable neck pillow from Dunelm doesn’t take your fancy, the retailer has dropped prices on hundreds of other products.

Shoppers can choose from furniture, garden items and homeware, with up to 75% off and prices starting from 50p.

STAY WARM FOR LESS

There are an abundance of ways to stay toasty for less, even with winter on the way out.

Electric blankets and heated throws are two ways you can keep warm without the need for the heating.

The gadgets cost just pennies to run per hour, and you can snap them up from as little as £8 from retailers like Online Home Shop.

Draught excluders work well to keep any heat from inside your home escaping too.

But there are other, completely free ways you can keep warm too, including opening your curtains on a sunny day and letting heat in.

Leaving the oven door open after cooking is a good way to make use of heat that’s already been produced as well.

If you can, try and stay in one room throughout your home to concentrate warmth.

You could also try using a portable heater on a low wattage setting to warm up one room instead of your whole home.

There are loads of clothing brands selling shirts, gloves and jackets that can be powered up to keep you warm too.

Consumer reporter Sam Walker tested a heated gilet and worked out it could save him £420 on his energy bills.

The exact temperature to set your thermostat

ENERGY bills remain relatively high leaving many worrying over the thermostat.

Energy experts have revealed the exact temperature to set it at so that you can save cash and still keep warm.

When it comes to your thermostat, the Energy Saving Trust recommends you should set it to the “lowest comfortable temperature”.

For the majority of us, this is between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius.

It’s just the right balance between keeping your home warm, and keeping those energy bills as low as possible.

If you have your thermostat set at a higher temperature you can probably afford to turn it down and still keep cosy.

Of course, there are exceptions like anyone who is in ill health, and there is support available to cover extra costs.

Just by turning down the temp by a single degree, you could save as much as £100 a year.

If you cut it by more you will obviously make even bigger savings.

The Energy Saving Trust also says that you don’t need to turn your thermostat up when it is colder outside, the house will still heat up to the set temperature.
