When does the Amazon January Sale 2025 start?
As you’d expect, the sale officially kicks off on January 1, 2025, with a whole month of deals to shop.
We usually see the Boxing Day sale morph into the January sale, with some of the same great discounts kept going.
You’ll also be able to shop Amazon’s short lived ‘lightning deals’, but you’ll need to act fast on those. They offer the best discounts and if you blink you’ll miss them.
When does the Amazon January Sale end?
You guessed it! The sale runs for the entire month of January, which is good news for cash strapped shoppers.
Amazon treats its shoppers to savings throughout the first month of the New Year.
The deals seen this month are often a carry on of the bumper Boxing Day sale, with shoppers afforded plenty of opportunity to make considered purchases.
What was in Amazon’s January Sale last year?
Amazon’s sales never disappoint, and at any point in the retail calendar, it’s almost a shoo-in for big discounts.
For us Brits, January can be a long month, when money is tight, but if you are shopping, its best to maximise your savings.

What is Amazon’s Christmas returns policy?
Amazon often extends its return window for items bought during the festive season, which is great news for shoppers.
As it stands, most items purchased between November 1 and December 25 will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025 or within 30 days from receipt, whichever comes later.
So if you need to return those Christmas gifts that didn’t quite hit the mark, you’ve got until the end of the month.
The usual 30-day return window came back for any items purchased after December 25, so to avoid any disappointment, head to the Amazon returns page to find out more.
How to get Amazon Prime for free?
Becoming an Amazon Prime member is your route to a smooth and perks filled shopping experience with Amazon.
The membership costs £8.99 per month, or £95 annually, but gets you access to exclusive member only discounts, early access to sales, and Prime Video originals.
But you can test it all out for free by signing up for Amazon’s free 30-day Prime trial offer.
All you need to do is head to the Amazon sign-up page, sign up and create an account if you don’t already have one and you’re ready to enjoy the perks.
How much is Amazon delivery?
If you’re a Prime member, you’ll enjoy free delivery on most items as a perk of your membership, but it’s worth checking before you buy.
For non-members, there will likely be delivery fees to factor in as part of the deal costs, but this varies from as little as 99p to £4.49.
