According to the product description, the Preen One brand stops crabgrass all season and can be applied up to four weeks after crabgrass emerges.

The product description advised against using this product on St. Augustinegrass, colonial bentgrass, dichondra, or carpet grass.
A serious lawn injury could happen as a result.
