IT’S a job that many of us are paying out for on a monthly, fortnightly or even weekly basis.
But imagine if you didn’t have to shell out for a window cleaner – and could get yours sparkling yourself?
That’s what one savvy mum did, thanks to a gadget on Amazon.
Gemma Bird, aka Money Mum, took to Instagram to share a video of herself testing out the gadget.
“Have I got a money saving tip for you!” she began.
“Paying out for a window cleaner or even having trouble cleaning the outside of your windows…
“I found this on Amazon and thought I’d give it a go.”
Gemma added that the clever device works “with magnets”, with one side attaching to the inside and one on the outside.
Then, when she moves the one on the inside, it moves the outside one too.
“Saves me paying out for a window cleaner every single month!” she said.
Gemma then added in the caption: “Well what do we think!
“I thought this was a fab idea so I got one!
“Brilliant! We lost our window cleaner a few years back.
“It has been driving me mad!”
The comments section was almost immediately filled with people who had been left amazed by the hack.
“Wow, that’s amazing!” one wrote.
“This is really clever!” another added
“I’m married to a window cleaner and still need one of these,” a third laughed.
“Mine are always the last on the list!”
“Oh my!!! I need to get one of these in my life!” someone else insisted.
“Whaaaaaat! Magic!!” another raved.
While Gemma didn’t link the product, you can get similar on Amazon for around £40.
